Fifteen years on the inside

Tova Think is led by Manmeet Singh, a marketer who has spent more than fifteen years leading marketing inside businesses, never agency-side. Across travel, financial services, healthcare and professional services, the pattern has been the same. We walk into organisations where marketing lacks structure, rigour or a clear link to revenue, and we build the people, systems and campaigns that change that.

 

That has meant cutting cost per acquisition by 83% while growing lead volume, managing a $4M marketing budget with full accountability, negotiating USD $500K+ in partner co-investment, and moving businesses off heavy agency retainers by building real capability in-house. We share the numbers because they are real, and because they show the kind of work we know how to do.
